The restaurant is opened every night from Tuesday to Saturday.

The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays all day.

Week : 7pm-8.30pm
Saturday night : 7pm-9pm

sans-titre.pngThe stocks of the products of the sea are limited. Because they are overexploited, some species are endangered.
So, this is essential to participate in fishing resources.
With this objective in mond, we have chosen to join the programme MR. GOODFISH, initiated by Nausicaa.

What is MR. GOODFISH ?

This is a programme which aims at favouring the consumption of products of the sea, which are numerous and the stocks are not endangerd.

MR. GOODFISH  proposes you for each season a list of recommaended species based on 4 criteria :
  • the state of the resource : the stocks of the recommended species are judged in good condition,
  • the season : the recommended seasons are the periods which exclude the species reproduction periods,
  • the consumption of the fishes : the minimum size which is recommended is the size of the first sexual maturity (size from which the fish has all its chances to reproduce at least once),
  • the status of the specie : defined by the opinions of the ICES (international council for the exploration of the sea) on the stocks.
This list is defined for each zone of fishing by an expert's commitee composed of the fisherman representative and breeders, a specialist scientist of marine resources, a representative of the commerce and distribution and a scientist of the World Ocean Network.
